The three bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 6 guests on 2 queen and 2 single beds, a 7th person on a rollaway can also be added for an $30.00 extra per night. Some of our apartments do have king beds which will split to make 4 singles. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific requirements.

Yes, all of our apartments are exactly the same size (150 sqm) apart from the Penthouse which is more than double in size with 348 sqm of internal and external living.
Dorchester on the Beach is unique being closer to the sand than any other apartment building on the Gold Coast beach front. All apartments face East and there are only 2 apartments per floor which allow uninterrupted beach front and ocean views from Coollangatta in the South to the Moreton Bay Islands in the North from every level.
Dorchester on the Beach specialise in family holidays with direct private beach front access close to the patrolled Northcliffe Surf Club beach. There is also a beautiful heated swimming pool and family BBQ area. Kids can enjoy Foxtel package with kids channels, sports and movies and free WiFi.
All the apartments are fully self-contained, they have full kitchen facilities, lounge / dining area, separate bedrooms and bathrooms as well as laundry in each.
If you order groceries you must be here to receive them in your apartment. There are also a number of pick up points across the Gold Coast where you can order and pick up groceries.
Yes, all the apartments have air-conditioners.
All the bed linen and the bathroom towels are provided, however you might like to bring your own beach / pool towel but if not, we do have beach towels available at reception (extra charge applies).

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building or on Body Corporate Property. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or on the balconies and if smoke is detected there will be extra charges for cleaning and deodorizing of the apartment.
Yes – all year round the pool is heated to 27-28 degrees
Yes, we offer a FREE booking service for all of the theme parks and attractions that are available on the Gold Coast as well as some of the Sunshine Coast attractions, we have extensive knowledge of the Gold Coast and happy to chat with and advise you on all the activities.
Normal check-out time is 10.00am, if you require a later departure time this will be subject to availability on the day.
Normal check-in time is from 2.00pm, however if you arrive early and the apartment is available we are happy for you to check-in early. If we have guests in the apartments the night before then we will have the apartment ready for you as quickly as possible after they depart at 10.00am and we would be happy to look after your luggage until check-in is available.
If you are arriving after 5pm at night or Saturday or Sunday please contact us with your estimated time of arrival so we can coordinate your check-in with you.
We open reception at 9:00am every day except Christmas Day and Good Friday and we close at 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 12noon on Saturday. If you are arriving on Sunday and Public Holidays please contact us in advance so we can co-ordinate your check-in.
We do have an after-hours procedure which is very simple, once we have processed a deposit to secure your booking we will send you a confirmation letter. If you are arriving outside our office hours, you must contact us in advance so we can organise your after-hours access information and advise you of your access code. We then catch-up with you on the following morning for registration, we also always provide you with a contact number in the un-likely event that you have any difficulties with obtaining your keys.
Dorchester on the Beach provides free unlimited high speed broadband/WIFI.
We all love our pets but unfortunately due to health regulations we are not able to accommodate your fury or feathered friends.

Dorchester on the Beach is 950 metres South or a 10-minute walk either along Surfers Paradise Beach or along Garfield Terrace. NorthCliffe Tram stop is our closest tram G:Link stop. Taxis pick-up and drop off at Dorchester on the Beach.
How far are you from Broadbeach?
Dorchester on the Beach 1.5 km North or is a 15-minute walk either along Surfers Paradise Beach or Old Burleigh Road. There is a local bus stop ½ block away with buses every 15 minutes. You can also catch the Tram from NorthClifee Tram stop G:Link to Broadbeach and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Jupiters Casino and Pacific Shopping Centre. Taxis Pick-up and drop off at Dorchester on the Beach.

We are only a 10 minute walk to the middle of Surfers Paradise but also just far enough away to not be effected by the hustle & bustle or the noise of the night clubs.
How close is the beach?
We are right on the beach, you walk through the secure pool area and straight on to white soft sand. Dorchester on the Beach sticks out further on to the beach than any other building on the Gold Coast.
Where are you in relation to the Theme Parks?
Seaworld is located straight up the beach road, 15 minute drive while Movieworld, Wet N Wild and Dreamworld are around 30 minutes away by car or transfer.
